Able to login, but cannot access the tee sheets?

Receiving an 'Access Error' after logging in?

There are several issues that can cause this problem:

A. Your browser's security setting is set too high (blocks all cookies). The ForeTees system requires the use of 'Session Cookies'. These are safe cookies that are commonly used by authenticated sites to ensure that only the person that logged in gains access to that site (ForeTees, in this case). To check if this is your problem, click on your browser type:

Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 6.x

Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 5.x

AOL 8.0 (or higher)

AOL 7.0 with IE 6.x

AOL 7.0 with IE 5.5

AOL 6.0

AOL 5.0

Netscape 7.x

Netscape 6.x

MAC with IE 5.x

If your browser is not listed above, then click on the 'Help' tab in your browser and search for 'cookie settings'. You may also need to upgrade to a more current version (go to your browser provider's web site for information on upgrades).

B. It's possible that one or more of your internet files have been corrupted. These are files that your browser saves for quicker access to web sites that you frequent. To correct this problem, please try the following:

For Microsoft Internet Explorer 6

1. click on 'Tools'
2. select 'Internet Options'
3. click on the 'General' tab
4. click on the 'Delete Cookies' button, then select Ôø?Ok'
5. click on the 'Delete Files' button
6. select the option to 'Delete all offline content' and then click on 'Ok'
7. click on 'Ok' at the bottom of the Internet Options box
8. try ForeTees again

For AOL (from AOL browser prior to logging in)

1. click on 'Settings' and then 'Preferences'
2. select 'Internet Properties'
3. click on the 'General' tab
4. click on the 'Delete Cookies' button
5. click on the 'Delete Files' button
6. select the option to 'Delete all offline content' and then click on 'Ok'
7. click on 'Ok' at the bottom of the Internet Properties box
8. try ForeTees again

C. You may have a Firewall installed in your computer or network. If so, check the firewall settings to make sure that it is not blocking the use of cookies.

D. If you are using Micorsoft's Internet Explorer you may need to update it. Microsoft has recently resolved some issues involving their privacy settings. You can update your browser free of charge at microsoft.com. Select 'Downloads' or 'Windows Update' under 'Resources' on the left side of the page (this may take several minutes).
