It's hard to believe that the PGA Show is just around the corner, but January 2010 is almost here. As you can see below, we have big plans for the show. 2010 PGA Show Happenings
We have several exciting events planned for the PGA Show this year including:
ForeTees User Conference
This seminar will be a 90-minute presentation at this year's PGA Show, where ForeTees Pro Support Expert Ben Haubach and I
will review the entire ForeTees system, ensuring that you are using it to its full potential. During the presentation,
we will highlight the newest features of ForeTees and answer any questions that you may have on its use. There will be
two sessions offered during the show. The exact times of these sessions will be announced in the next couple of weeks.
The location of the seminar will be in room W109, located in the main hallway outside the equipment area of the show.

Smart Phone Interface
This interface is something your members have been asking for over the last few years. To navigate ForeTees on a smart phone
without this interface is both cumbersome and slow. Now, with the introduction of our new smart phone interface access will
be much quicker and more efficient than before. More information will be available at our booth and will be sent to you via email
in the very near future.
FlxRez
It's here!!! The ability for the rest of your club to take advantage of our outstanding reservation system for tennis,
platform tennis, spa, barber shop, or whatever other need is desired for your club. More information will be available
at the show booth, or contact Tom McManus (tom@foretees.com) Eastern Regional Director or Larry Aspenson (larry@foretees.com)

Golf Industry Show
Of course, ForeTees will be exhibiting at this February's Golf Industry Show in San Diego. Extra emphasis will be
placed on our new flxRez system as the general managers, clubhouse managers and food and beverage staff walk the
aisles of this year's show. Our booth number will be 7113 and we would encourage you to send your management staff
by to see us. We are sure they will like what they see with flxRez. Also, we will be demonstrating our industry-leading
tee time program to those in attendance.

ForeTees Biography
Meet Brock Weiss, Pro Support Specialist
Brock was born and raised in west central Wisconsin (Mondovi) and was introduced to the game of golf by his father at a very young age. After graduating from college, Brock decided to pursue a career in the golf industry. He obtained his Class A PGA status in 2001 after graduating from Mount Senario College with a B.S. in Business Administration. Brock joined the staff at ForeTees in February of 2008. Brock has worked in all aspects of the industry from caddie to head golf professional at various clubs in the Minnesota, Southwest, and Wisconsin PGA sections. Brock enjoys the technology that is available in the industry today and promotes the features that ForeTees offers to our clients, making their day-to-day management of their tee time system run in a more proficient manner. Brock feels that assisting professional staffs across the country with ForeTees for the ease of use by their members is the focal point of the support department. He feels the more tools the staff is trained to use, the more the members will get out of the system. This knowledge will enable each facility to better communicate with its membership and also free up the staff to deal with the members on a personal one-to-one basis. Brock and his new bride, Kelli, reside in Menomonie, Wisconsin. When he is away from golf, Brock enjoys working with his hometown community on fundraising efforts for the local fire department and emergency services. His pastimes include hunting, auto racing, NTPA tractor pulling and studying maritime history of the Great Lakes. Thanks Brock, for all you do for ForeTees. We know you will faithfully serve our customers for years to come.
Newsletter Tip of Importance - Partners List Expanded
Recently, our ForeTees Development Staff made it possible for a member to include as many players on the partners list
as they wish. The system previously limited a member to 25 partners, but now the number is unlimited. Please inform
your members of this change at your earliest convenience. We will also notify the members when they login to the system.
