On the Tee with ForeTees
As 2010 nears an end, we want to take this opportunity to update you on everything going on at ForeTees,
and to wish you and yours a very merry holiday season and a happy and prosperous new year.
This is a very busy time of the year for all of us as we prepare for our two golf expositions with the PGA and the CMAA and as our software developers continue to make
improvements to our industry-leading system. We are very excited and very optimistic as we look forward to 2011. Below is the
latest news from ForeTees.

Again this year we will be hosting a User Conference at the PGA Show
in Orlando. This 90+ minute presentation will be invaluable to our customers as we demonstrate our newest features and answer any questions you may have about our industry-leading
system to ensure that you are using it to its full potential. Hosted by Support Specialist, Ben Haubach, and V.P. of Marketing, Jock Olson, this conference received rave
reviews last year. It will take place on Friday, January 28th, from 1:15 to 3:00 p.m. The location will be in Room W109.
This is in the lower level of the convention center, outside of the Equipment Section of the show.
Reservations for this conference are preferred due to limited space. Please
contact Jock Olson at jock@foretees.com to guarantee your spot.

New Features Now Available
Lottery History Reports
ForeTees is proud to introduce two new lottery history reports. If you use the lottery system, then you will definitely want to check out these new reports. To access
the reports, select Lottery - History and then either 'By Member' or 'By Date'.
The 'By Member' option will allow you to select an individual member and view a list of his/her recent requests and assignments. This list will show what was requested, what
was assigned, the deviation (in minutes), the member's individual weight at the time as well as the group's weight (if a weighted lottery).
The 'By Date' option will allow you to select a specific date and view that day's lottery results. This report will include a summary for the day showing the number
of requests, number of available tee times, the low deviation, high deviation, and average deviation of the day's requests. It will also provide a list of all members
that were assigned times on that day. This list is similar to the 'By Member' report, except that it lists all members and groups them as they were grouped in the requests.
These new reports should prove to be very useful when members question the results of your tee time assignments.
New Handicap Look-Up Feature
Now, under the members' 'Handicap' tab, members can retrieve handicap data for other members, including their current handicap. This information can be found by a member
clicking on the 'Handicap' tab, then clicking on 'View Handicap and Scores'. In the center of this page you will see, 'Get Current Handicap Data For Other Members'.
A member can then select another club member from the database and find out their current handicap index and course handicap. This new feature can assist in peer
review, as well as easily finding out another member's handicap when looking for a game or deciding to join an open group on the tee sheet.

Some Interesting Statistics
ForeTees Surpasses 30 Million Logins
ForeTees continues to grow in popularity among private clubs throughout the country. Nearly 400 clubs have joined the ForeTees network and this has resulted in
over 33,000,000 logins since the company's inception in 2002. This is a number unparalleled in the industry. July 2010 had the highest number of logins of any

Mobile logins continue to increase. Presently, 7,500 private club members are using the smart phone interface. Logins on smart phones have exceeded 175,000.
61.5% of these logins are done over the iPhone.
Keep Your Eyes on the New Features Link
At the top of the ForeTees Home Page and Tee Sheet Pages is a 'New Features' link. This is an important link to review on a regular basis. It will update you on what

Haubach will be more than happy to assist you. They are two of the best support people in the business. Their contact information can be found under the 'Support' tab at
