ForeTees is proud to announce the addition of several great new features.  These features will be available on Monday, January 26, 2009.  For more information regarding these features, be sure to click on the New Features link on the ForeTees navigation panel when logged into the system.

As Jock Olson mentioned in his letter earlier this week, we have a couple of great revenue saving and revenue generating features coming out very soon.  We hope to be announcing these in the next few weeks.

Wait List
This optional feature allows members to be placed on a wait list when the desired tee times are busy.  The golf shop staff then has the ability to place members currently on the wait list directly onto the tee sheet if and when tee times become available.

Event Registration Questions
This optional feature allows the golf professional to select from a list of pre-defined questions, or prompts, when configuring an event.  You will also be allowed to define up to 3 custom questions, and specify if answers are to be required.  These questions are posted when a member or group registers for the event.  The golf shop will then have access to the answers in the event registration list.

GHIN TPP Export
This feature allows the golf professional to export an event registration list to a file in a location where it can be imported by GHIN's TPP program.  This eliminates the need to manually enter the players into the TPP program.

EventMan Export
This feature allows the golf professional to export an event registration list to a file in a location where it can be imported by the EventMan program.  This eliminates the need to manually enter the players into EventMan.

GolfNet TMS Export
This feature allows the golf professional to export an event registration list to a file in a location where it can be imported by GolfNet's Tournament Management Software program.  This eliminates the need to manually enter the players into the GolfNet TMS program.  Note:  This requires TMS Version 8.10.

New Guest Report
A new report was added that will display the number of guests each member had during the specified period.  To access this report go to Reports - Guest Rounds By Member.

Pace of Play Reports on Old Tee Sheets
The Pace of Play (POP) Report is now available on Old Tee Sheets.  If there are any POP entries for the day and course being displayed, there will be a "Todays Pace xx" button at the top of the tee sheet.  Selecting this button will display a POP Report for that day.

Mode of Transportation Option on Course Utilization Report
You can now gather individual counts for the modes of transportation when using the Course Utilization Report.  This report will breakdown the number of rounds per mode of transportation for each timeframe selected (per tee time, per hour, per day).  This option is listed on the first page of options for the Course Utilization Report under item #5 Report Data (By Mode of Transportation).
