Finally, summer is here!   As you will see from the information to follow in this newsletter, it has been a very busy 2011 for the staff at ForeTees.  As we continue to improve our tee time product, we are also busy adding new reservation products and features to allow us to continue to lead the private club industry in online reservation systems.
  

ForeTees Dining - Update!!!

We are getting more and more excited about this new product everyday.  It is coming along very well and we are still on schedule to release it sometime this summer.  We are hoping it is sooner rather than later, but we want to make sure it is 100% ready before making it available to our current clients.  We know that your members will enjoy the same convenience with our dining system that they enjoy with tee times - 24/7 access, easy event registration, instant dining reservations, and more.  The staff will welcome the reduction in phone calls, extensive reporting, more details on member dining preferences, etc.  You can also trust ForeTees to give your members a very user-friendly product that will be used because of your members' trust in our product.
   
     
Industry-Leading Caddie Software is Here!

Our expert developers at ForeTees are putting on the finishing touches to our new caddie software product.  This product will be included at no extra charge to our golf tee time clients.  Now, your caddie master (or golf staff) will be able to stay in close touch with every caddie working at your facility.  This user-friendly product will enable the caddie master to assign caddies (often a day in advance) and then notify the loopers via text or email.  As a result, caddies can stay in touch with the club 24/7.  Also, no longer will the caddies have to arrive at the crack of dawn and sit around for several hours waiting for their loop.  Plus, the caddie master will know up to two weeks in advance what days each and every caddie is available.

  
ForeTees and MyClub Create New Partnership
 
ForeTees is proud to announce a new partnership with MyClub, a company that has become a strong force in the new SmartPhone revolution by creating an application for country clubs.  This new application will enable your members to stay up-to-date and up-to-the-minute with what is going on at your club with what amounts to a "website on the go" application.  We have seen the popularity of the smartphone usage with our ForeTees product and feel strongly that the same thing will happen when clubs begin using MyClub.  It's a 24/7 link to your members wherever they might be.

The MyClub app will help drive member revenue, increase club utilization, and fill up events.  It will also allow members to communicate with each other through the User Forum creating a private "Facebook" for MyClub users at their club.  Another feature of this outstanding product is the Wine App, enabling members to use iPads to access the club's wine list in the dining room, or even when they are away from the club.  Want more?  How about video messaging?  Now, the GM, golf professional, chef, or golf course superintendent can send the members video updates on club activities via their smart phones.   Of course, MyClub will provide another way for members to connect when making tee times on ForeTees.

A New Lottery Feature from ForeTees

A new feature has been added to the popular lottery system in our ForeTees tee time product.  Now, positions can be held in a lottery request by using an "X" to hold spots in a group.  In the past this was not possible, but now the option is available when configuring the system.  If you have questions, please contact our support experts at support@foretees.com or call 651-765-6006.  Thank you!


Over A Quarter of a Million Club Members Using ForeTees!
 
ForeTees has now surpassed over 250,000 private club members that are currently using our tee time system.  These 250,000 members have logged onto ForeTees almost 40,000,000 times saving more than 11 million phone calls from coming into ForeTees' golf shops. The ForeTees system is also being accessed by more than 10,000 members through the use of smart phone technology. These are outstanding numbers and our steady growth over the last few years has been most encouraging.  Thanks to all of your for trusting in ForeTees.

Jock's Tip of the Month

I would like to remind you that it is a smart idea to change your password to your ForeTees system on a regular basis.  It is not a good idea to make it possible for former employees to access your tee time system.  For whatever reason, a former employee may choose to sabotage your tee sheet and that is something none of us want to see happen.  Remember, it is avoidable by changing your password a couple of times a year.
